Collect table requests, prepare supplier documents and organise till data for accounting.
A website chat can answer questions using approved information, collect requests and hand them to your team. Voice and phone assistants can be assessed as an optional integration. The assistant identifies itself as AI and offers human handover for sensitive or unclear requests. Appointments or bookings are confirmed only with verified availability and agreed permissions.
Available APIs and agreed exports connect specialist software, calendars, CRM and accounting. We define the source of truth, access rights and error handling to reduce duplicate entry.
We plan the appropriate environment and agree monitoring, backups, updates and support. Private or self-hosted AI can be assessed against your data, costs and requirements.
AI automation for your industry
AI can handle clearly defined routine tasks under agreed rules. Professional decisions, sensitive changes and exceptions require approval. We start with a bounded pilot and assess quality and time saved before automating additional workflows.
We check available interfaces, exports and usage rights before a proposal. Specific integrations or complete automation are not promised without this assessment.

Open model weights and hosting are separate choices. An open model can run at an external provider or on your own servers. A private system does not necessarily require training a model from scratch.
| Approach | Benefits | Effort and limitations |
|---|---|---|
| Provider-hosted cloud AI | Quick start, less server administration, access to capable models. | Usage fees and vendor dependence; check locations, logs, subprocessors and use for training. |
| Self-hosted open model | More control over data flows, permissions and configuration; processing can stay within your system. | You manage hardware, updates, security and model quality. Check licences; European hosting alone does not establish compliance. |
| Hybrid system | Keep sensitive tasks internal and send suitable tasks to a vetted cloud provider. | Reliable separation of data and additional integration controls are needed; external transfers still require assessment. |
Do not enter personal or confidential customer data into public chat services without assessment. Review purposes and legal basis, data minimisation, access rights, deletion periods and provider use for training or other purposes. A processor requires an appropriate processing agreement. Transfers outside the EEA must meet the applicable requirements, for example an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with any required additional assessments. Anonymisation must be robust; pseudonymisation does not remove these duties. Likely high-risk processing may require a data protection impact assessment. Professional secrecy and other duties need separate review.
Cloud AI is not inherently prohibited; an open or locally hosted model is not automatically GDPR-compliant. Breaches can lead to fines and other consequences. We support technical implementation; legal assessment should involve your data protection officer or legal adviser where needed.
